CURRENTLY ALL STUDIOS ARE BEING RENTED... However, please feel free to contact us and show us your work and we can keep you in mind for the future.
On JULY 1, 2003, CHELA converted the current space at 3500 Boston Street #210, The Broom Factory, into 4 artists studios and the CHELA art space.
The new space has lots of amenities which are listed below. Plus artists are eligible to join the CHELA Art Collective, which will continue to put on CHELA events in the space**.
The rent of each studio will be between $180 - $200 plus a portion of the utilities, and we're looking for mature, responsible, considerate artists, visual, sculptural, digital, writing, or otherwise that can do their work within CHELA community.

Our goal is to create a small, creative, community at CHELA where each of the 4 studio artists can participate in a free exchange of ideas and art.
