We can't stress this more, since the reason we're allowed to run CHELA is due to the fact that we swore to always be considerate of other tenants in terms of noise level, vandalism, trash etc.

Take Fleet Street in Fells Point and merge right at the liquor store onto Boston Street
See the Sip and Bite? Don't stop and head up Boston Street towards the round industrial tanks and the building with the huge satellite dish on top
Once you go past the Safeway the Broom Factory is about 3 minutes up on the Left hand side.
Take a left onto BAYLIS Street before Conkling for the main entrance to the building
The parking lot in front of the Broom Factory can be used by guests.

Take I-95 South to I-695 West towards Towson (Baltimore Beltway).
Take the Beltway to I-83 South (Jones Falls Expressway).
Take I-83 until it ends. I-83 South turns into President Street
Follow President Street as it wraps to the left
President Street will drop you onto Fleet Street
Take Fleet Street and merge right at the liquor store onto Boston Street
See the Sip and Bite? Don't stop and head up Boston Street towards the round industrial tanks and the building with the huge satellite dish on top
